The journal aims to publish groundbreaking research in AI theory, methodologies, applications, and emerging trends. Below are the guidelines for authors wishing to submit manuscripts to JAIRI.

Types of Articles

We welcome the submission of the following article types:

  • Original Research Articles: Detailed studies that present novel AI algorithms, models, frameworks, or methodologies, as well as their applications.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive surveys or reviews that summarize the state of the art in AI, discussing key challenges, recent advancements, and future directions.
  • Technical Reports: Shorter reports focused on emerging technical developments or experimental results in the field of AI.
  • Case Studies: Real-world applications or implementations of AI systems and technologies across various industries.

Submission Process

To submit a manuscript to JARAI, authors should follow these steps:

  • Manuscript Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. PDF files will not be accepted for initial submission.
  • Font and Spacing: Use 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides. Please ensure that your manuscript is formatted consistently throughout.
  • Title Page: Include the title of the article, names of all authors, their affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact information (email address, phone number, etc.).
  • Abstract: A concise abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the article’s objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 3-5 relevant keywords to help with indexing and searchability.
  • Figures and Tables: All figures should be high-resolution (300 DPI) and numbered sequentially. Tables should be concise and easy to read, with appropriate titles and numbering.

Ethical Considerations

For research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data, the manuscript must include a statement confirming that ethical approval was obtained from the relevant institutions. Authors must also ensure that data is presented with appropriate privacy and consent considerations in place.

All manuscripts submitted to JAIRI must be original work, free from plagiarism. The journal uses plagiarism detection software to uphold academic integrity.

Peer Review Process

JAIRI follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. All submissions are reviewed by experts in the field of AI, and authors will receive feedback regarding the quality, validity, and significance of their research.

Based on reviewer feedback, authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts to address any concerns or improve the content before final acceptance.

Manuscript Withdrawal

Once a manuscript has been accepted for peer review, it cannot be withdrawn without valid reasons. If the manuscript is withdrawn before review, no fee is incurred. However, after peer review or acceptance, withdrawal is only permissible under exceptional circumstances.
