Refund Policy
The Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research and Innovation aims to provide clear, transparent, and fair financial processes for authors. Our refund policy is designed to align with academic publishing standards while safeguarding the interests of both the journal and its authors.
Once the Article Processing Charges (APCs) have been paid, the fee becomes non-refundable. In cases where an author cancels the publication of the manuscript after payment or retracts their commitment to full payment after advancing a partial payment, the money will not be refunded. This policy applies to all manuscripts that are in the editorial or production process.
While such situations are rare, the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research and Innovation is committed to providing authors with exceptional service and clarity. If any issues arise regarding payments, the journal encourages authors to contact the editorial team for resolution.
In rare circumstances, such as errors in payment or accidental duplicate transactions, the journal may consider refund requests. Authors who believe they have encountered such issues must submit a written request along with supporting payment evidence, and the Editorial Board will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
It is advised that authors carefully verify all payment information before making any financial transactions to avoid complications. The Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research and Innovation remains dedicated to providing a high-quality publishing experience while ensuring transparency in all financial transactions.
